What if the INS did this?
What if they actually put an electrical fence to keep illegal people out? I think it might be a good idea but bad at times.

shareYou know with Seedling's fence idea the only way i can really see that work is if there could be some circut chip implanted under the skin of the illegals that they capture and then when the illegals are sent back to Mexico by boat to avoid the fence and try to come back on land that circut chip would make the contact for electro shock thearapy. That is the only way I think Seedling's idea would work plus it would also have it to where the farmers along the edges of Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona would still have access to the water of that river that has made the border all these years instead of building a chain link fence along on our side of the water.

the electric fence/ chip implant is the best idea ever to keep the Mexicans south of the border. Michael Mckean is a comic genius as well.
