The previous poster above me is correct, and It's true for both sides The NF has white members, even though both organizations utilize Racial imagery its mostly to form a specific identity but both organizations are all about money. The only 2 major prison gangs that don't allow people of different color is The BGF which is more political oriented (although they also put in work) and the Aryan Brotherhood, which is actually less politically minded then you would think, and is actually more of a Criminal Organization (The White Power Imagery is again just to form a Identity for some members, and although s lot are Racist, the group is more concerned with making money then its political endeavors, and have been known to do dealings with The Mexican Mafia)
