I just saw the first a few months ago. I liked the series from some clips I saw, but never saw any of the full movies. After I saw it I was wondering where the good stuff was that I saw. Then I watched 2, 3, and now 4 on Youtube. After seeing 2 & 3 I know where I saw the good stuff and damn are they great. Radu is one of the top vamps in film history and the story of Michelle is understanding. Where they took the story with beinging in her sister and the law and so on.

Definitely better than the original. The continuation of Radu's backstory and the crazy sorceress was a fun touch. Radu's parts are perfect, it's just the leading ladies in these movies that are such a drag. I hope the following sequels are less damsel and more Radu.

I watched the first three for the first time last night. I found them quite consistent though if I had to rank them;
2 > 1 > 3

Not a lot in it though.
