A Scene missing from the blu ray edition

I was recently watching this movie on blu ray the other day and was disappointed in the ending. I always remembered at the end there was the scnene where Dolph breaks "Jack 'Rudy' Rudisill" characters neck. How come they left this one out in the blu ray edition??? It was always my favourite scene

It's on the alternate extended version, which was made later with some reshoots. It's on the Blu-ray's extras (of you have the US edition by Shout Factory).

I'm also saddened they take that version over the shorter one because that's the version that was released in theaters in France and that I saw back then.
