"One Breath" I loved how Skully's coma was portrayed in the row boat and Nurse Owens who was looking in on her during. In one scene Mulder pays Scully a visit and Nurse Owens is just leaving. Mulder is tense and fixed on Scully as he is concerned about her condition so it's not unusual (to me) he did not acknowledge Nurse Owens as she left .. however each time I see this scene I always wonder if he actually knew the nurse was there nonetheless. What do you think?

They played it just the right way, she was Scully's Guardian Angel, whether she was acknowledged by others or not.
