The only two things I didn´t get
1. Why did the Fathers exchange children?
2. To whom the Japanese buisness boss wanted to deliver the Go-Chip via Harry?
1. To weaken their enemies. I think, Paige explains that in episode III.
2. I suspect, that Ushio wanted it to be delivered into the friends' hands. Which happened eventually.
