inquiry about the What We Left Behind Documentary

The documentary shows clips from DS:9 that are in full screen 4K. But when I watch it on Netflix or Amazon, it's in it's original format. Does anyone know how I can view this show in a updated format.

It was filmed 35mm, but effects and editing were digital SD. Every clip in the doc had to be redone in HD.
