Missing episode in Season 2 sets?

I heard that the final episode of season 2 was missing from the S2 DVD set. Is it true or is it bull$hit?

Really? Odd. Between which eps did they place it, then?

It's not out of order on the region 1 set. They just mixed up the synopsis on the back of the disc case with Blindsided. The episodes are in the right order (though they weren't aired that way) on the discs.
