Episode, HELP!

I swear Im losing it! I distinctly remember, when I watched this show in the early nineties, there was an episode where Piccolo was sick or something. I remember he was laying in bed and his gills were contracting but he couldnt breathe, and there was perhaps some discharge (ew!)
If there is in fact an ep like this does anyone know which season and ep it is??? I would appreciate any help!

There is, late season 2. Episode: Blindsided. It wasn't Piccolo, but instead another prison volunteer for the gill program, he was faking being sick so he could try hijacking a copter and making an escape attempt. Piccolo was along for the ride as he genuinely thought something might be wrong with the gills, but when they crashland, dealing with an escaped convict is the LEAST of his worries.
