Is he in every season?

All except season 1. It's kind of sad, but Dustin has been in every season of EVERY SbtB show, except for of course the first season of The New Class. And the only reason he wasn't in the first season of The New Class is because he was busy doing The College Years at the time...

Indeed. On Good Morning Miss Bliss and the first couple of seasons of SbtB, he was actually pretty likable. It seemed a little odd that all the "cool" kids insisted on hanging out with him, but you could relate to his character. By season 4 of The New Class, his character had become so unbeilevably annoying, he quite literally destroyed any chances the rest of the cast had at making The New Class at least a somewhat good show. I feel sorry for the various cast members of The New Class who had to deal with his stupid, obnoxious, idiot clown act dominating every episode of that show... They should have canned his ass after season 3.

He kept reprising the role, but I'm sure his argument at the was that he had to eat. Honestly, who wants to do a crappy role? But if its fun and pays...

The funny thing is that Diamond now complains about being typecast by the Screech role. He's the one who chose to reprise that crappy role year after year!

I was just thinking about that exact same thing yesterday.
