saturday morning T.V.

Do you remember when Saturday morning T.V. was actually good. They used to have quite the line up. Saved by the Bell / Hang Time / City Guys /Get Real and there was atleast a few more that I am forgetting.

Anyways, this might be dating me but I remember a show that played in the same time slot as these but I can not remember the name of it. Could some one help me out?

It was about these foster kids all living in the same house. All were from different back grounds. One was into shopping and girly things / one of the guys was a blonde pretty boy, obsessed with his hair / there was the troubled girl who didnt quite fit in... and a few more kids - I just cant remember.... Any help would be great.
