Just rewatched several episodes and noticing how they (writers) are branching with storylines they used for original SBTB episodes. Such that of Kelly dating Mr. Lasky is like when she dated her boss/college guy. Along w/ the whole Zach/Kelly romance was rushed just as it was for original.
Anyone seen any other similiarites?

Kelly/Lasky is definitely on the top of my list.
I don't really count the Zack/Kelly romance as one because it was obvious they would end up together eventually. :) It was just rushed in this series because it was ending and they had to close their love story with the romance, engagement, wedding, etc. I'm sure if the series had continued, they would have dragged out a few more relationships for Zack & Kelly, then brought them back together again.
Zack playing the professor reminded me of when he was principal for a week at Bayside.
"Dr. Kelly" reminded me of when she struggled with being a teacher at Bayside.
"Slater's War" reminded me of when Zack was looking into his family roots. Different characters, same storyline kinda.
I don't remember this episode, but there's an episode where the girls take a karate class and develop crushes on the trainer. It sounds like the substitute episode. They began reusing episodes in the middle of the Saved by the Bell run so them doing in in the College Years is no surprise.
