Lauren Lane was hot on this show

Too bad they didn't show her in more sexy outfits, like they did with Fran Drescher. Most of the time it was either business suit or business dress.

I guess it's like making the attractive girl unattractive so that the star shines. Kinda reminds me of the movie "Not Another Teen Movie" where they made Chyler Leigh nerdy to hide her hotness.

I think Lauren Lane was more attractive than Fran Drescher..and her voice was more sultry and tolerable than Drescher's, of course.

Miss Babcock wasn't suppose to come off as sexy, she was suppose to be this hard up business-type professional. If she wore more clothes like Fran, there really wouldn't be much of a joke.

Exactly that's my point. The show made Miss Babcock unbearable, mean-spirited, and unattractive compared to Fran. When Miss Babcock did dress up or show some skin...watch out!

Even though I am a woman, I agree. If it weren't Fran's show and the two women were being judged, Lauren would be viewed as sexier.

She was gorgeous and hot but lease no way she could outshine Fran's perfect curvy figure...

Although i sometimes loved Fran's wacky outfits, i always felt like C.C. looked so classy and elegant. Her outfits were modern and timeless, plus she had a lovely figure.I thought that she looked too good to be considered a desperate and lonely woman who couldn't get a date. She was smart enough, she looked stunning and had a lot of money. They could've at least send her on several dates, because she was rarely seen with a man on the show.

I think she had a gorgeous figure that could easily compete with Fran's (she had a very tiny waist, and was also fuller-busted than Fran) and a pretty face, as well as a sexy voice (and of course she has Fran beat on that one, LOL).

But I still do think it's believable that her desperation and sometimes mean-spirited personality would be a turnoff to a lot of men, and that it's therefore believable she'd be lonely. Now, why she was so desperate, I've never understood, and wish they had explored a bit. There's no obvious reason why she'd be so lacking in game. But, if I'm remembering correctly, they never explained CC's origin story of why she's such a basketcase with men.
