What exactly to Sarah? How did she die? I wish the show had address this.
Maybe I need to go back and watch the whole series again (I will admit I haven't really watch the series in whole since it left Nick @ Nite Prime time) but it seem like they didn't really talk or reference to Sarah much, There was only a few episodes really that I can recall including The Mother day and The wedding episodes. On Full House They talk or made reference to Pam a lot (especially in Early seasons) And they also said she died in a car accident right form the start although it was not until the 8th Season that they revealed she was killed by a drunk driver.
I know, I wish she would have come up more too. I always kind of assumed it was a car accident or something else sudden, but of course since they never say I have no real reason to think that lol. I liked the episode when Sarah's parents visit because it shows that they did still honor her memory a lot (cuz of what the kids said). I also loved when Sarah visited Max before the wedding, that was sweet.
I agree. I watch the Episode Sara Parents recently which was a Good Episode and I agree with you that it did a good job of honoring Sara Memory. I like that it was mention that the kids though about their Mother all the time and that Fran would play videos of Sara whenever they miss her a lot.
I wish they had done a a little more with Sara Death and her memory including when she died and how she died. I did get the feeling ti was sudden death (like a car accident like you mentioned) and not a illness or anything like that.
On Full House they had 3 Episodes for each of the daughters (they had one where Uncle JEsse finally mourn his sister death) where each one came to the realization that they didn't have a Mother and they mourned Pam death. They did do that with Gracie in the Mother day Episode. I wish they had done that with the other two.
However on Full House Pam had died 3 Months before whereas on the Nanny Sara had died at least 2 or 3 Years before the premiere
Your guess is as good as mine if not better then mine of why Sarah died, and I guess that maybe the writers were too lazy to think of, or even explained how she died. There was only a fe episodes where she was mentioned, so you really think that they didn't want to address it, so who knows if she had been sick, if her death was sudden, if she been killed, etc. But clearly you can see that this show is not Full House, and I have never been a watcher of the series. But for sure you think that they would want to not have the mother in the picture.
I guess that the writers simply didn't find it important enough to explain how and why Sarah died. She was of course a huge part of Maxwell's and his children's backstory, but the focus on the show was still on Fran.
Yeah, I always assumed it was cancer. But it is kind of odd that they never explain, especially because they made it a point to not just gloss over her existence and even featured her ghost before Fran and Max's wedding.
Your guess is good as mine or anybody e;else's guess on why Sarah died I don't know if they tried to get out of it, or just never mentioned it. But if anything you would have to doubt that she would have been murdered.
