Clark with a loose fringe/floppy hair and Superman with slick back hair
To distinguish the two, which we don't often see in live action, Brandon Routh may come close to that where he had really floppy hair as Clark but tidy hair as Supes.

I recall at the time finding it strange (the comic versions had the opposite hairstyles) but it makes sense for a guy who flies to have slicked back hair while a guy in disguise lets his hair flop down
Lets the bugs bounce off better.
