Something "stupid" I noticed while watching Frasier

Ok, since I'm on a leave of absence from work at the moment, I started watching Frasier on Netflix. I used to watch it here and there when it was on TV and also while in syndication. I watched all 11 seasons and it was freaking hilarious. Anyway, I'm an "odd" person and I noticed that many of the male main characters were either bald or balding. This includes some of the recurring characters as well. But then there were the other male characters who were on the show for only 1 or 2 episodes but they would have a full head of hair. Do you think Kelsey Grammer wanted to make sure that none of his male co-stars were "better looking" than him? Like I said, it was a weird and odd observation that I noticed while watching the entire series. 😀

Martin Crane wasn't bald/balding. Neither was Gil. Neither was Kenny.

Actually Martin did have a bald spot towards the back of his head. You couldn't see it unless he turned around. Kenny had thinning hair in the front. I guess I should've said thinning as opposed to balding. Wrong choice of words on my part.

I always felt that Niles and Frasier looked similar in the face. However, I felt Niles was slightly a little better looking than Frasier.

Apparently so did everyone else, i.e. the ski instructor from "The Ski Lodge". "You're not the Crane I want!"

reply

Yes! LOL! I need to go and watch that episode right now. LOL

reply

Haha, that is one of my favorite episodes. I laugh every time I see it.

"You're not even the SEX I want!"

"And no one...... was chasing ME?"

reply

"Frasier!? What are you doing in here with Guy?!" That line was so perfectly delivered.

I have read that their physical similarity contributed to DHP getting the role of Niles.
