Were seasons 10 and 11 filmed in widescreen?

I've been watching some Frazier on Netflix and I've noticed seasons 1-9 are in 4:3 "full frame" ratio, but seasons 10 and 11 are in widescreen.

Were those seasons actually filmed in widescreen or are they just "cropped" and zoomed in a little (like Seinfeld on Hulu)?

Season 10 was cropped, while Season 11 was filmed in widescreen.

Lame, I wish the DVDs were in the proper aspect ratio.

Well, it was only Season 11 that wasn't released on DVD in its original aspect ratio, so 24 out of 264 episodes is hardly a big loss. Besides, Frasier isn't the type of show that benefits greatly from a widescreen aspect ratio, anyway.
