Boy Meets World Vs. The Wonder Years

Who was a better friend: Shawn or Paul?
Who was a better girlfriend: Tapanga or Winnie?
Who was a bigger bully: Harvey or Wayne?
Who was a better protagonist: Corey or Kevin?
Which era was better: The mid-late 90s or the late 60s and early 70s?

reply

Shawn (one thing BMW definitely has over TWY is the better bromance of the main guy and his bff)
Topanga (Topanga's not amazing, but Winnie wasn't very impressive)
Wayne (More everpresent, since he's his brother)
Kevin (I enjoy Cory more as a character, because of how quirky, but Kevin was a better everyman)
Mid-late '90s for me. But I'm biased.

Shawn
Topanga
Wayne, definitely. He'd actually draw blood and not just the possibility of it.
Hmm... That's tough. I really like both characters. I'm passing on this question. I need to do more research. LOL!
Like another poster, I'm bias. 90s!

Boy Meets World.
Shawn.
Topanga.
Harley.
Cory (although I liked Kevin also).
The 90s.

It's hard because both shows were a huge part of my childhood which itself is unique because of that fact that two brothers each starred in iconic shows.

Better friend? Shawn
Better girlfriend: Topanga
Bigger bully? How could you not choose wayne? He was a much bigger part of Kevin's life than Harley was.
Protagonist? I was actually thinking about this while rewatching BMW last night. As a person, I just don't like Kevin. He's so angry, so arrogant...

Cory overall is just a much nicer person, yeah he's flawed, but he's easier to get along with. However, Kevin has more friends which is odd because he's such an ass. I'm totally for quality over quantity, however Cory is very exclusive...not that I don't love Shawn. He never really put himself out there at all. He was very "ride or die".

So anyway back to the original point...I don't hate Kevin and I did feel bad for him every time he had his heart broken and such but Cory's just easier to get behind. Plus Cory at 11 (S1) even then was way nicer than Kevin at 12 (s1)
Better era? I can't choose. I've only lived in one of them, and I loved it. However I wish I would have gotten to experience the former as well because I have 60s nostalgia even though I never lived it.
