What the heck happened to the Cyrano episode??? Writers block?

First of all, it seemed to have been written by someone who did not write for them often.

1. Shawn opens the locker that he and Corey are stuck in, when at other times it is obvious that kids cannot open the lockers from the inside.
2. When Shawn is whispering through the locker to the big guy, how did the girl not hear him too??
3. There seemed to be no motivation for her to just fall for the big guy right away (one dimensional female character in male written Hollywood, more of the same...we should be used to it but her character seemed especially hollow. She literally fell for him as soon as he expressed interest.)
4. After the first few lines from Shawn, the big guy became a total Casanova without any assistance. Who does that!?
5. There was really no conclusion. Harley went from being determined to get her back to basically being like "oh well she's with him now" and leaving the Matthew's house. No motivation for that either.

I thought about that too but it's possible in the small-town suburban vibe the show was set it. Maybe they were neighbors?

Haha every time I watch this episode the locker part bugs me. Seriously she HAD to hear Shawn talking.

Hmmm... was this episode before or after we saw Harley take Cory's wallet? When Cory gave him a fake wallet and Harley found out so Cory had to end up giving him the real on. Maybe that's how he knew where Cory lived? Or even if it was before that episode maybe Harley has stolen Cory's wallets before and that's why Cory was prepared with a fake wallet.

Has everyone forgotten that Harley also bullied Eric while they were in school together. And if Cory is Eric's little brother, if he had found out where Eric lives, then he knows where Cory lives. (Yeah, I know he told Cory not to tell anyone that they're brothers while they were in school, but Eric did defend Cory from Harley on his first day).

So many hints that Harley also bullied Eric. The way Eric reacted when he found Harley at his house. Heck, even in GMW, while Eric was running for Senator, he finally came face to face with Harley for the first time in years and admitted he wanted to get back at Harley for all Harley did. Of course, that was before he realized he was talking to Harley directly.
