Topanga saying she doesn't trust Cory (season 3)

I thought it was kind of ridiculous when he wanted to get back together and she kept saying she is happy to be friends but doesn't trust him because she's always seeing him with other girls. They were not together at the time. There was nothing wrong with him dating a bunch of other girls. He wasn't doing anything to betray her trust.

Especially when he wasn't even with other girls but just had a girl following him around. Topanga saw him "with" this other girl and held it against him. Even if he was willingly spending time with this girl, he wasn't doing anything wrong as he was single at the time. And she was being unreasonable by walking off in a huff every time she saw the other girl following him.

Calling him a "playboy" was actually kind of funny - he never did anything more than kissing with anyone other than her, and Cory and Topanga didn't even have sex until they were married. Also when she was yelling at Andrew Keegan's character about how he kept trying to kiss her, and what if he did - then he got what he wanted, got his prize. Yes, because KISSING is the ultimate goal for a guy that age. Ha. It cracks me up that these shows had teenagers as being almost out of a Disney movie in their thoughts and intentions.

idk... in reality, kids tend to be a little ignorant in the terms they insist on using. I have had kids complaining how they are being bullied when the bully is a really nice kid who is just too interested in those who they are 'bullying'.

I have been accused of hitting a child when the child was hitting and kicking me. when we got down to the bottom of it... he actually said [with his mother smiling proudly] she hit my foot with her shin. she hit my fist with her arm.

I also had a kid say: 'you can't be in our club: no whites' to a kid who wasn't even white!

kids say the darndest things thinking they are right.

Reading the paper can really be depressing. Mr. Dithers fired Dagwood again.
