Harley Keiner actor change?

So season one and two featured the Harley Keiner we know and.......love? Season 2 episode 19 was this completely different guy though then Bam! The original was back. So what the heck was that about?!

I never really cared for him either way

It was an issue with the actor - I think he had to go to rehab or something? And they already had this Harley episode written and planned so they just recast him for that one episode... then didn't use him again until they got the original back, and even that was just a closure episode.

Was it rehab or did he get another job and it conflicted with the screening.

I read it was a nervous breakdown and he checked himself into a hospital due to bipolarism which is kept quiet.

I also read he had the nervous breakdown in the middle of an episode -- idk during actual filming or rehearsal of it but in any event he [actor] was replaced for one episode before being written into reform school.

Reading the paper can really be depressing. Mr. Dithers fired Dagwood again.

I read it. You're right. I'm thinking of the guy who played Griffin. For some reason, I always meshed those two together and I don't know why.

Kenny Johnson played Harley in the episode "Wrong Side of the Tracks" due to Danny McNulty having a breakdown during filming. Johnson was never used again and it was never mentioned during the episode that it was a different Harley. After he went to rehab, they brought in Adam Scott to play a new character Griff. I knew Adam Scott looked familar when I watched Parks and Recreation and finally connected the dots when I watched Boy Meets World on MTV.

I wanted to know if anyone noticed that Adam Scott was also in another episode of BMW when Shawn and Cory start a band. He is one of the guitarists at Chubby's when they get the idea. At least I think it is him! Can someone confirm this?!

Harley was never in season one, only season 2.

I think Harley appeared once in season 3. It was the episode where he and Griff had the showdown. That was the last time we ever saw Harley (and Griff) on the show.
