Things you may not have noticed... major spoilers!

1) Karen's father was a gambler and she got tired of her father's financial trouble and left him. Her husband Michael was also a gambler with financial trouble - he invested everything he had into a club.

2) The new security password was actually *beep* So Michael was actually telling Pete the real password when Pete demanded it - it's kind of an in-joke.

3) How did Michael know where Officer Cole, Pete's partner, lived? The original script actually had a scene where Michael hired a PI to find Cole but it was dropped as this raised question why Michael didn't use the PI to deal with Pete.

4) Pete outranked Cole. Pete was a corporal whereas Cole was just an officer.

5) The security company - Wickham Security Company is actually a UK security company.
