The early 1990s movie UNLAWFUL ENTRY had Ray Liotta as a mentally ill cop stalking the wife (Madeline Stowe) of Kurt Russel.
But this is kind of interesting....
Actor wise it was like officer Robins from this (Ray Liotta) vs Snake Pliskin from Escape form New York and the sequel Escape from LA. Escape from New York and No Escape are the 2 definitive science fiction prison movies and I think its interesting that the main heroes in those 2 movies end up as enemies in a movie together.
