How did they identify which two of the five cowboys were the culprits? They had never seen them before. Also, in those days, I don't believe a black would be allowed in a white whorehouse.

Well, they had drawings the girls drew. Weak way of ID'ing them... Quick Mike was a big ugly brute, probably easy to identify. Davey Boy would be tougher to identify.
As far as blacks in whorehouses, black cowboys out in the territories and midwest were free men and were not uncommon. Whether they were allowed in a whorehouse might depend more on the proprietor.
Neither rises to the level of plot hole though.
Owners of the whorehouses were probably more swayed by money than anything else...
