still other remaining deleted/extended scenes?

Does anyone know if there are even more deleted and extended scenes that are known, but were not included.

The only one that i can think off the top of my head is i remember seeing a picture of Sam Stanley and Chet Desmond standing near the ambulance that would be taking Teresa Banks body back. I am assuming this is a continuation of the battle with Sheriff Cable outside.

Any others?

According to the script, there are several scenes still missing. No one knows if these scenes were actually shot though, but someone said there's about 40 more minutes of film not included in the deleted scenes.

Truman playing guitar for Josie.

Someone mentioned a scene with the Hornes, but I thought that was never filmed. Unless it was from the show.

It's been so long since I've read the script, but I remember the train car scene was longer, but was probably never filmed.

Guitar scene was never shot. Only seems like there are two small things not included -- earlier scene with Cliff and scene between Laura / old woman -- but one may never have been shot and it's possible the other was lost.
