Whoever posted this most likely got mixed up. I'm reading The Complete Lynch right now, and there's a trivia section on Wild at Heart which mentions:
"Laura Dern passed out during the filming of a scene in which she was required to smoke four cigarettes at once, after having smoked around four thousand cigarettes in twelve weeks."
Sounds like someone had the wrong Laura in mind!
