Anyone know why the scene between Harry and Josie that was in the shooting script isn't included in the deleted scenes? There are other scenes with Michael Ontkean and Joan Chen so I would have thought they filmed this.
shareIt was actually never filmed possibly due to schduling conflicts. There were a handful of scenes from the script that was never shot for various reasons. The two scenes with Benjamin Horne, the scene with Pete and Ed at the gas station, the scene with Nadine skinning a deer outside her home and the one with Josie and Truman.

If you watch the international pilot you'll get an idea of what they had going on. Josie would call the station concerned about a prowler, and then Harry would go to "investigate" and then hook up with her. That was their little code. The movie would've only continued this, and it really wasn't all that necessary.
