Link between "The Pink Room" and the Black Lodge

(The Pink Room is the title of the piece of music played in FWWM when Laura and Donna are at that party where they get naked, so I'm referring to that room as the Pink Room.)

Does anyone see any links between doppelganger Laura's actions in the Black Lodge and her actions during FWWM in the Pink Room? Specifically two parts - the screaming and the finger click.

The part in the Black Lodge where she screams and runs at Cooper after saying "meanwhile" seems extremely similar to the way she screamed and ran at Donna when she saw her making out with those guys in the Pink Room.

Likewise, the strange two finger "click" where she flicks up two fingers from a fist seems very similar to the signal she gives those guys in the Pink Room to "pleasure her".

Could there be some sort of weird connection here? Doppelganger Laura's actions have always been very cryptic but it would make sense they relate to parts of Laura's actual life.
