I was wondering if the (dead) girl in the dream besides Laura is someone she knows or not? Is this Ronette? I couldn't quite make her out.
She talks about the good Dale being inside the Lodge. So does this mean that there's no sense of time and place within the Lodge? This being a prequel Dale Cooper hasn't entered the Lodge yet. Or has he?
Played by Heather Graham, who in the series was Annie Blackburn. I always assumed that it was Annie, who would probably have been known to Laura.
I don't think the Black Lodge is in everyday time.

Because she was also wearing it in the series in the Black Lodge at one point. With the same blood on her face as well.
