USC Connection
In a scene early on, where the new guy, Pierce (Erik King) is introduced at Hellvision, he mentions that he is from USC and did his thesis on Kurasawa and something. Does anyone know if the three writers of the story and screenplay were associated with USC?
I ask because I had a roommate at USC c. 1984-1987 who did a short project about a guy who fell into the TV and whose baby had the remote and was changing channels, throwing the guy from show to show. I only remember one "show," which was a Japanese monster movie, much like the scene where Mrs. Seidelbaum gets it.
