This is the Star Trek TNG spoof in Stay Tuned, Roy Knable is Picard and Spike is Data and Worf. This spoof is in the movie released two yeras before Star Trek: Generations released.
shareGenerations is the 7th feature movie, and the first to have the TNG-cast. However Star Trek TNG (which Stay Tuned makes a spoof of, including Spike as a Q-like figure) was released in 1987, 5 years before this movie.
