My mom let me watch it when i was 9,it didn't scare me at all.

When I was a kid, I always considered it as a horror film or a horror comedy. I was a big wuss and I couldn't watch any horror film but I could surprisingly watch this one over and over.

I think it's in the same category as Beetlejuice which also scared me as a kid.

I think all the Satanic refrences had be scared, I was brought up to believe you don't even play around with the number 666 lol
