Need Help Finding a Cartoon (solved)

Does anyone remember a looney tunes style episode of a robot tearing up a mansion, going after a little girl and in the end it self-destructs and the head lands in front of the gated entrance?

I've been looking everywhere and cannot seem to find it. I know it exists cause the simpsons spoofed it in their robotic richard simmons gag.

It's not as awesome as I remembered it to be. But gosh was it hard to find.

wasnt it the one that was on the vhs with Bebes Kids, an I think Jim Carrey did the voice of the exterminator
