go to jail for killing ivy? I mean ivy did not attack sylvie initially , and from a legal standpoint, sylvie did not have a reason to attack ivy other than vengeance.
shareI think it was in Poison Ivy: The New Seduction that someone mentioned that Ivy had killed herself, so I guess Sylvie and her dad covered it up so it looked like Ivy committed suicide. However, I think that even if the police had worked out that Sylvie had killed Ivy, Sylvie still may not have gone to jail for it. Because Sylvie had a concussion, was grieving for her dead mother and had just found out her best friend had killed her mother she may have just been ordered to have counselling. Or at least, that's what I think could have happened.

I think you are right. Sylvie could say she was trying to keep ivy from dragging her down the balcony with ivy.
