When Ivy visits Sylvie's house


In the uncut DVD version this scene has a stupid dark blue hue to it.

Then again, I always did wonder how it suddenly became a pitch black night inbetween Sylvie attending her mother and Ivy waiting by the window.

It wasn't exactly pitch black... It was a blue tinge because it was getting late, u gotta remember, this movie wasn't made on a high budget...

I realise all this, but what I'm getting at is this scene doesn't carry this blue hue in either the trailer or the cut version. It looks nicer without, that's all.

I quite like the blue hue it has. It makes it feel kind of dream like. I think what was likely done is that they added an indie filter to alter the appearance of the time of day for continuity issues. Perhaps it has originally been that way and it was taken off for theatrical vieiwing.
