yea i liked it when renee says "Did ya REALLY think you could be like me?!"

But man that was a horrible way to die, having a piece of glass shoved into your face. OUCH!

In the workprint and some tv versions, Renee then says, "We'll start with the eyes. You always start with the eyes."

She killed her because she was evil. I mean, in the end she lets herself burn, and laughs while doing so, so c'mon. She was not a human, functioning on what is morally good or bad, she was purely evil.

In the original, those that were buried there killed because, as it was explained in the first movie, the ground went "sour" and the dead came back as evil.

@drewgilbert: Wow! They should have left that in the movie!

A thing in the book I thought was really good, was that the humans brought back had a sort of omniscience, knew everything about everybody, their secret sins, etc. (and there was a lot of bad secrets). It seems like there was one evil spirit (the Wendigo?) that kind of controlled the resurrected, like how resurrected Gage told Jud he was going to kill Jud for messing with him somehow before (resurrected Timmy Baterman?).

Also, once a person had used the graveyard to resurrect someone/some animal, they were sort of influenced by 'it' for the rest of their lives. The touch of the Wendigo making more Wendigos?
