Music video on TV during hit

Please bare with me as I am not sure of the characters' names. Near the beginning of the film, there was is a guy sitting in a room watching telly while outside the house an IRA hit-man is approaching.

The TV has a film or music video playing. Does anyone know what the film/ music is?

After watching that scene in the movie, I went out the next day and purchased the single version of that song in the video.
