Passenger 21 rolls off the tongue nice. But out of the 100 numbers I'd say 57 ranks up there as the best.
It's a tribute to Irving "Chuckles" Heinz, the man who invented ketchup in the late 1800s. The copious use of ketchup in this movie is, to me, the most obvious tip-off of this.
