Why did Bruce Payne showed interest in Alex Datcher? It is obvious that Elizabeth Hurley is Bruce Payne's girl friend. Elizabeth Hurley is so much prettier than Alex Datcher. Plus, Elizabeth Hurley took a great risk to shoot 2 FBI agents and highjack a plan.

Elizabeth Hurleys character is supposed to be his sister, not his girlfriend, hence his interest in Alex Datcher...

His sister is probably in prison or a mental institute due to what their father did to them.
