How many holes are in this?

First:
Air control man asking Snipes, "What would you do in my position?"

Snipes answere faceatiously, but instead the obvious would be, either

1) "Phone this number to confirm who I am"
2) "When are the FBI getting her? They know me"

Okay, with either 1 or 2, no movie (as it ws), but obvious things should not syand out.

Second:
While the plane is re-fuelling, the terrorists go to the funfair. Why?
All very stupid.

The plan was that Charles Rane would use the 100 passengers getting off the plane as a diversion to sneak away to a crowded place, steal a car, and escape. The remaining henchmen on the plane would then take off and fly to some other location and the FBI and police would think he's still on the plane.

The real plot hole is that the terrorist flight attendant found out that Cutter was airline security, but she didn't kill him right away when they took over the plane. It seems to me that you would kill anyone who threatened the plan. That means the FBI and any security personnel. Granted he was in the bathroom, but you would think she would at least look for him or tell someone.
