Back in the 90's this movie seemed pretty cool, but watching it now it is funny how bad Snipes is in this movie. I can't really take him seriously.

I thought he did a great job with the lines he was given, and he obviously did great work with the action scenes. I'm a big fan of Snipes to begin with, admittedly, but remember that this was Passenger 57, not The Deer Hunter. Yes, a lot of the lines were corny, but Snipes didn't write the script.
