Why does he say that, just a signal for sorry or something?
Yeah,that's what it was. The pitcher wasn't sorry for throwing at him.

shareI the NPB pitchers use to tip their hat to say sorry or didnt mean it after hitting a batter. I dont think they do it too much anymore tho.
