Sometimes I feel a little awkward at how fascinated I am with Connie when I happen to be watching the Mighty Ducks. She never really plays in the games against opponents, she doesn't have very many consequential lines, she's taller than just about every guy on the team, she doesn't wear makeup and she's not meant to be sexed-up. She just smiles a lot, urges on the team, and has a little thing going on with one of her teammates.
Fortunately, in real life, the actress is 41 and is only eighteen years younger than I. And I'll bet she's just as pretty as she was back in '92.

I always thought she was so CUTE in that movie.
Loved her in Wet Hot American Summer too :) Hilarious in that movie!

Very apt description for what makes her stand out from the rest of the Ducks, nicely put, Snepts. Little details like that truly make a character shine in a large cast. Sounds very much like the girl next door. I enjoy your insights, reminded of what makes movies fun, they're relatable. (^ ^)
