Pee Wee hockey is 11-12.

If you listen to the Quack Attack podcast episode where they tell the ages of the ducks are...you'll know. But yeah ...some of them are like 11-14.

10/11, because by the 3rd film they're 14, so they're about 12 in the 2nd film and have to be younger in the first.
