There is also another episode in a later season (5 or 6) where an assassin can turn invisible and tries to kill Lex, and Clark saves him or something.

In the movie GI Joe, Scarlett uses a cool blanket like thing to turn invisible, but its only part of the movie.

I can't remember how the clothes, textiles were...but in 'The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen'...there's an invisible man. So you might wanna check that one out.
