Why does Leo have white hair? Is he still in witness protection? Doesn't he use his real name to promote his real estate business? just kind of odd, it's never explained.

Leo thinks he's being hip dying his hair a crazy colour. Outrageous hairstyles were more of an 80's thing so it showed how clueless and out of touch he was.
