WHy do you think that he was more evil than Wah Sing Ku? Personally I found Wah Sing Ku more evil because he was doing slave laboring.

I found Wah Sing Ku far more evil than Travis. What do you think? Travis was a joke compared to Wah Sing Ku. What do you think?

Jack Travis wasnt evil.

Travis was a tough brutal dirty cop who didn't want to retire as a cop that's why he became a black market weapons dealer.

But he was a good villain and a different one. And he's actually the first main villain Riggs fight where as Riggs took on the henchmen in the first two (Mr. Joshua and Vorstedt)
