True there, OP. I read it awhile back, and still get chills about it.
I am stunned that the family allowed Ellen/Karen to stay with them after they got indications about her personality!
She even very gleefully tells them of an abortion she just had: "I killed Steve's baby!"
I would have kicked her out for good at that one comment!
