I saw this (and recorded it on a VHS tape) off of Showtime way back when it came out and I swear the title was just "Disasters in Time" without the "Grand Tour" I'll have to search through my box of VHS tapes and blow the dust off my VCR and watch this again.
The only difference between religion and superstition is the spelling.
I remember renting it in the 90s and it had the very same title.

I believe that this was originally titled The Grand Tour (at least released that way in the US). Obviously, the studio decided that the title could be misleading people who didn't realize it was a time travel movie.

I had heard the film announced for production with the title "The Grand Tour", but I eventually saw it when it turned up on cable TV and by then it was only called "Disaster In Time" too. Did this even get a theatrical release?
If they had just had the guts to stick with the original title of the short story, "Vintage Season", they might have kept on the right track with this.
"Disaster In Time"....sheesh, sounds like one of those infantile cheapo flicks the SyFy channel runs.
