MacCorp building, Freedom tower look alike

I just saw Freejack, where the "future" takes part in New York by nov. 2009.
I noticed that the MacCorp building looks like Freedom Tower. Furthermore the MacCorp building is placed besides the twin towers (World Trade Center).
In the end scene of Freejack, you get a good view of the MacCorp building.

Freedom Tower in NY is supposed to be ready by 2010

Maybe the architect behind Freedom Towers was inspired by Freejack, otherwise a funny coincidence.
